Apply for being a volunteer at the event. You will get an inside look at how the event is managed, will get to introduce yourself to our amazing organizers.<\/p>\n<h2>What role does a volunteer play at WordCamp Mumbai?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Help with Pre-WordCamp events.<\/strong> (<em>If you are not available in the pre-organizing part of the event, no worries. You can be a volunteer for the event day as well.<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Registration<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>swag desks<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Managing and timing the sessions<\/strong> so that everything starts &amp; finishes on time.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Help sponsors<\/strong> set up their tables.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Guide speakers<\/strong> to their sessions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Packing the swags<\/strong> that are to be handed to the attendee.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Co-ordinate and help the attendees<\/strong> with any queries that they have at the Happiness bar.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00a0lot of other <strong>micro\u00a0tasks<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>So don\u2019t wait up. Apply right away.<\/p>\n<p>The entries for volunteers will close on 16<sup>th<\/sup> Feb 2015.
