Basic Terms:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. It is mandatory to carry the copy of the eMail sent to you after successful payment. It must be DIGITAL (on your phone\/phablet\/tablet\/laptop) NO<\/em> physical print-out (re-think | Save environment). As a security measure, we advise you to carry a valid identity.<\/li>\n
  2. In case, due to any technicality, if you have not received the eMail; we send a reminder eMail &\/or SMS on the day of the event prior to registration time for easy access. Further, if your name is displayed on the Attendee Page<\/a>, we shall consider it valid.<\/li>\n
  3. Issued Tickets are Non-Refundable<\/strong> & Non-Transferable.<\/li>\n
  4. Only one person shall be admitted against each valid ticket.<\/li>\n
  5. The same ticket is valid for both the days of the event.<\/li>\n
  6. Event ID card: Issued at the venue’s registration desk, as per the event schedule. Please carry the same event id-card for the second day of the event<\/li>\n
  7. Right of admission reserved by the Event &\/or Venue Management<\/li>\n
  8. If you have applied one of the Special Discount Coupon Code and you are unable to produce a valid ID support the claim; you may have to pay the difference in amount (on-the-spot ticket less:250) or forfeit the ticket (No Refund).<\/li>\n
  9. By submitting the form, you are approving WordCamp Mumbai Organizers to send relevant eMail & SMS communication in regards to the event & ticketing.<\/li>\n
