Basic Terms:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. It is mandatory to carry the copy of the eMail sent to you after successful payment. It must be DIGITAL<\/strong> (on your wearable \/ phone \/ phablet \/ tablet \/ laptop) NO<\/em> physical print-out (re-think | Save environment). As a security measure, we advise you to carry a valid identity.<\/li>
  2. In case, due to any technicality, if you have not received the eMail; we send a reminder eMail &\/or SMS on the day of the event prior to registration time for easy access. Further, if your name is displayed on the Attendee Page<\/a> along with a valid identity, we shall consider it valid.<\/span><\/li>
  3. Issued Passes are Non-Refundable<\/strong> & Non-Transferable.<\/li>
  4. Only one person shall be admitted against each valid pass.<\/li>
  5. The same pass is valid for both the conference days of the event. Contributor Day pass will be issued separately with a different registration.<\/li>
  6. Event ID card: Issued at the venue\u2019s registration desk, as per the event schedule. Please carry the same event id-card for all days of the event.<\/li>
  7. Right of admission reserved by the Event &\/or Venue Management.<\/li>
  8. If you have applied one of the Special Discount Coupon Code and you are unable to produce a valid ID to support the claim; you may have to pay the difference in the amount of the Regular pass cost or forfeit the pass (No Refund).<\/li>
  9. By submitting the form, you are giving consent \/ approval \/ authorisation to WordCamp Mumbai Organisers for sending relevant eMail & SMS communication in regards to the event & pass.<\/li>
  10. By submitting the form, you are acknowledging that you have read & agreed to the \u2018Code-of-Conduct<\/a>\u2018.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
