WordCamp Mumbai 2019 is happening and we are all excited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the first time it\u2019s going to be a three day event and everyone is waiting with bated breath. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 8th November, we will celebrate Contributor day. The event will bring together bright minds to make WordPress better using their skills and expertise. It\u2019s the best way to celebrate WordCamp locally and the response we have received yet is amazing, to say the least. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The day is then followed by two day WordCamp as we know it, where trailblazing sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities will present itself to the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are many changes we are going for this year, for example, it\u2019s happening in November, one of the best time to experience the chilly winters of Mumbai. It\u2019s the best time to travel around and travel to the city after WordCamp! Ask any Mumbaikar and you\u2019ll get winters are the best in the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we grow bigger, aspirational and scale new heights we have to face the fact that there will be an increase in the costs. There will be venue costs, food & refreshment costs, maintenance costs. New ideas need support, and what better way than to have support from the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The major reason for the increase in ticket prices is the inclusion of GST costs on each item which needed to be calculated. The introduction of GST has increased the overall budget and to provide the best experience we have decided to increase the price of our tickets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The price covers all the basic costs required to organize the mega event and to ensure the community has exceptional experience of WordCamp Mumbai 2019. We believe the hike will be accepted by you the attendee and you will come in strong numbers to show support as you have always done so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
