What is a ‘Pass‘?
Regular or Early Bird, they allow you to register for the both conference days. including Tea or Coffee with Snacks and Lunch. Each purchased pass also enables you to claim your Attendee Kit on the day of the event, which contains various swags and flyers.
Your contribution ensures an extra special experience for you and all other attendees.
What is a ‘Pro Pass‘?
Incluses all in the regular ticket but also if you feel like you can afford a little extra, consider purchasing a Pro Pass as a way of giving back. Also, if you opt-in to be listed on the Attendees page, we have a PRO ATTENDEES section as our gesture of gratitude.

The Early Bird Passes are heavly discounted and are only available till stocks last. Once over, the next batch of tickets will be at the Higher Regular rates. So do not wait; purchase your passes at the earliest.

Basic Terms:
- It is mandatory to carry the copy of the eMail sent to you after successful payment. It must be DIGITAL (on your wearable / phone / phablet / tablet / laptop) NO physical print-out (re-think | Save environment). As a security measure, we advise you to carry a valid identity.
- In case, due to any technicality, if you have not received the eMail; we send a reminder eMail &/or SMS on the day of the event prior to registration time for easy access. Further, if your name is displayed on the Attendee Page along with a valid identity, we shall consider it valid.
- Issued Passes are Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable.
- Only one person shall be admitted against each valid pass.
- The same pass is valid for both the conference days of the event.
- Event ID card: Issued at the venue’s registration desk, as per the event schedule. Please carry the same event id-card for all days of the event.
- Right of admission reserved by the Event &/or Venue Management.
- If you have applied to one of the Special Discount Coupon Code and you are unable to produce a valid ID to support the claim; you may have to pay the difference in the amount of the Regular pass cost or forfeit the pass (No Refund).
- By submitting the form, you are giving consent / approval / authorisation to WordCamp Mumbai Organisers for sending relevant eMail & SMS communication in regards to the event & pass.
- By submitting the form, you are acknowledging that you have read & agreed to the ‘Code-of-Conduct‘.

Also (if mentioned) the Twitter Handle & the Website URL will be publicly visible. We may not publicly display any other info submitted in the form, unless indirectly in form of statistics &/or report. These terms may change without notice to accommodate privacy concerns.
Special Note about QR Code: We have a opt-in question on the pass registration form. Based on your ticks, we will include the approved data in form of a scanable QR Code. The QR Code will be printed or presented you in a form or a Sticker. Recomed to in printed or stuck on in enclosed part of your event badge.
