WordCamp Central’s Sponsorship Guidelines
Local Guidlines
- Each single brand needs to apply as each independent sponsor application.
- The applicable slab deliverables will be based on as per the listing.
- Sponsor Area is a semi-air-conditioned space.
- The sessions in the schedule will be conducted in designated space on the First Floor of the venue. The Sponsor Area is located at the Ground Floor lobby space. This will give maximum frontage to each sponsor table. The localhost will make appropriate provisions to maximise attendee interactions.
As the venue is a Commercial Operational Hotel, the venue branding will by only done as per the sponsorship slab offering
- One Gate Entrance (Common Commuity Event Banner),
- Sponsor Area,
- Sessions Area;
- The Roll-up standees are to be provided and printed by the Sponsor by themselves and delivered to our localhost organisers office, minimum Three Day prior to the event day.
- All sponsors will be vetted according to the WordCamp Central Official Sponsorship Guidelines below:
- Sponsorship is in no way connected to the opportunity to speak at an official WordPress event and does not alter the WordPress or WordCamp trademark usage policy found at WordPressFoundation.org. The WordPress Foundation and any subsidiary or related entity of the Foundation reserve the right to modify the above requirements and expectations at any time by providing written notice to the sponsor.
NOTES:
- Maximum of 3 feet wide by 6 feet tall Roll-up Standee. The content must be pre-approved by the Sponor Team via eMail to ensure following of the guidelines. The Sponsors are responsible for ownership, printing and transport of their own standees. The Sponsor’s have to arrange the availability of the standees at the Venue on the 1st day of the event and to also pickup the standee from the venue at the end of the 2nd day of the event.
- It is the sponsor’s responsibility to deliver the swags/ flyers/ brochures to a pre-mentioned venue (Sakinaka. Mumbai) which will be communicated closer to the event date. Any material received lesser than 3 days in advance of the 1st day of the event may not be added to the Attendee Kit.
- The number of swags &/or flyers are part of the Attendee Kit, the quantity (will be updated by the Sponsor Wrangler) and in case the pass sales exceed, we Sponsor Wrangler will intimate your at the earliest, but it will not be a compulsion to make the extra (but recommended).
- The listed number of passes will only be made available. In case the any sponsor’s need additional ticket, the same has to be co-originated with their respective Sponor Wrangler via eMail. The additional passes will be payable as regular attdenee pass rates and will have a ATTENDED BADGE. The SPONSOR BADGES will be limited to the number mentioned as per your slab. No additional SPONSOR BADGES will be provide. Also Addtional Event activies like Welcome Dinner, etc, will only be available to the SPONSOR BADGE holders and not ATTENDEE BADGE holders.

- We will close the “call for sponsors” once we reach our fundraising goal.
