Ashutosh has been a part of the startup ecosystem since the age of 22. In 10 years he founded two IT firms and an online radio portal. He is working as the AVP at WPoets Technology and with it heads his online radio platform called Riddleman FM. Creating content and music is Ashutosh’s outlet to cool down, and he believes that ideas are in the air, pick one and start building. This belief has made him help many startups with a roadmap for go-to-market strategy. A talker, Ashutosh believes in process driven work that enables in converting business for the organisation he works for.

What it takes to get business – A journey from lead generation to conversion

We’re all in a world where business is something we wish to get for our company, startup or freelance activity. Be it a work from anywhere digital nomad to a full time employee, we are all looking to grow. So why not understand a bit about what it takes to get this business, what is the philosophy behind it. I shall be walking the audience through a journey of llead generation through captivating marketing strategies to the point where they have to convert the same by talking to the client, and finally converting it. What should be the way forward and how should problems be addressed. More importantly my talk shall talk about my learning as a business and marketing person and how I tackled the same over my journey. Finally I shall be enlisting ideas on how to gain business and grow a company right from gaining traction to gaining user base and finally gaining business.
