Akshaya Rane is an Enterprise Project Manager at Multidots who believes that good project management is as much about people as it is about plans, processes, and deadlines.
A WordCamp speaker and longtime WordPress contributor, she has been part of the community for over eight years —organizing the do_action event, WordPress Meetup, contributing to WordPress releases, and helping bring the WordCamp Asia 2026 Contributor Day together.
Outside project plans and release schedules, you’ll often find her sharing what she’s learning about leadership, communication, and working better together.
